Our headquarters and design studio are based in Pakistan. However, we proudly serve clients worldwide through our online platform and offer worldwide shipping to bring luxury Pakistani fashion to your doorstep, no matter where you are.

Orders & Shipping

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to bring luxury Pakistani couture to customers across the globe. Shipping timelines and charges may vary depending on the destination country. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines depend on the type of order:

  • Ready-to-Wear / In-Stock Items: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days
  • Made-to-Order / Custom Orders: Production takes approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design
  • International Shipping: Additional 5–10 business days after dispatch

We recommend placing custom and bridal orders well in advance of your event date to allow sufficient time for crafting and delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment in real-time. If you have any issues, our customer support team is always available to assist.

We accept a variety of secure payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and other payment options as available on our checkout page. All transactions are securely processed to protect your information.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Absolutely! Custom design is one of our core specialties. Whether you have a personal concept, a reference image, or a completely unique idea, our experienced design team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. We create custom bridal wear, formal attire, men's wear, and more — all tailored to your exact specifications.

Our custom order process is simple and collaborative:

  1. Consultation: Share your design idea, references, color preferences, and measurements
  2. Design Proposal: Our team will create a design plan with fabric and embellishment recommendations
  3. Approval & Production: Once you approve the design, our master artisans begin crafting your piece
  4. Quality Check & Delivery: The finished garment undergoes thorough quality inspection before being shipped to you

Yes! If you love a design from our existing collection but want modifications — such as a different color, fabric, embellishment style, or silhouette adjustment — we are happy to accommodate your preferences. Simply share your requirements with our team during the consultation.

Custom orders typically take 4–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and embellishments involved. Heavily embellished bridal pieces may require additional time. We strongly recommend placing bridal and event orders at least 2–3 months in advance.

Sizing & Fit

After placing your order, our team will share a detailed measurement guide with you. You can take your measurements at home following the guide, or have them taken by a local tailor for greater accuracy. If you have any questions about the measurement process, our customer support team is here to help.

We take great care to ensure accurate sizing based on the measurements you provide. However, if minor alterations are needed, we recommend visiting a trusted local tailor. For significant fitting issues resulting from a manufacturing error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.

Yes, many of our ready-to-wear and luxury prêt collections come in standard sizes (XS to XXL). Custom sizing is also available for most items at no additional charge. Detailed size charts are available on each product page for your reference.

Returns & Exchange

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Custom-made and bespoke orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your couture piece, we recommend:

  • Dry clean only — avoid machine washing or hand washing
  • Store in the garment bag provided to protect embellishments
  • Avoid direct sunlight and damp environments during storage
  • Handle embellished areas with care to prevent loose beadwork or thread pulls
  • Iron on low heat or steam from the reverse side
