Custom and bespoke orders are made specifically to your measurements and design preferences. As such:

• Measurements provided by the customer are used as-is; we are not responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate measurements
• Design proposals must be approved by the customer before production begins
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started

Delivery timelines provided at checkout and on our Shipping & Handling page are estimates only. While we strive to meet all stated timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our dedicated Returns & Exchange policy. Custom-made and bespoke items are non-refundable due to their personalized nature, except where the item is found to be defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

Shakir Bridal Couture shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
